L322 4.2 SC transmission over temp

Hi, I'm getting really rough gear changes and had the transmission over temp warning lite. I have just been for a 20 mins drive and the gear changes started to get very clunky. Got it back on ramps and left it running in Park. Temperatures were gearbox pan 90. Gb oil upper pipe 88, Lower pipe 83. Coolenter into/ out of trans cooler 65 and 64. Main rad top 60 bottom 43. Any ideas?

When did you last service the box? Mileage? Aggressive launches?
