Hi All,

I am going to check out a 2012 Range Rover Vogue L322 4.4 tdv8. I understood that they all have the new 8 speed gear box however I’ve done a car check via total car check and it says the vehicle has a 6 speed gear box, could that be an error? (I have left a message for the dealer but thought I’d ask on here too).

many thanks if someone can clarify, I have scoured the web and not found a clear answer.

If its 8 speed it will have the rotary gear knob(that year will be 8) not a stick:), got any pics?

We want pics when you buy it you know;).

I can’t seem to load any images? It says I don’t have permission? It does have have the rotary gear shift!

Any idea how to upload picture, I was using the upload file button‍♂️

Also 5 previous owners, should that be a red flag?
 
Looks nice.

When you visit make sure everything works, and I mean push every button:). Including the heating/cooling seats front & back?
Check service history. 5 owners is alot so maybe they didn't understand the cost of a car like this, it may mean nothing but be cautious;).

Have you checked the MOT history of the car? saggy seat says plenty of miles to me;).

Thanks Marjon,

map you thinks it’s an 8 speed? With regards the car check it seems to be all in order. I’ll certainly look at the service book and press all the buttons

Rear mud flap missing. Check for rust where it should be, open the rear door and check for rust there. Check where the side step fits they tend to hold mud and water, ie more rust
