Hey all. So below are the measurements taken today on my drive which in fairness isn't completely flat. Measurements taken as the car leans low on the passenger side front and as such is higher in the driver side rear. So took measurements in normal height having left it over night, then in off road mode. I've now pulled the fuse and will measure again tomorrow to see what I've lost. Did the old soap and water and couldn't really see any leaks in the bags, the valve block seems OK and the compressor although kicking in every other morning for a minute or so, isn't too noisy and the vehicle is raising and lowering as it should just not staying level. I suspect calibration is out more than anything but cannot find a decent place that is flat enough to do a calibration with the tool.

What I understand the values should be
Front 461
Rear 465

What I measure in each setting

Normal height ON DRIVE

PF 437 (-24)
PR 466 (+1)
DF 486 (+25)
DR 502 (+37)

OFF ROAD

PF 510 (+73)
PR 530 (+64)
DF 533 (+47)
DR 548 (+46)

Thoughts?

No warning lights doesn't seem to get any worse if left for days , I.e stays at the lower height but doesn't seem to drop any lower.

Height sensor playing up.

Firstly, check the suspension bushes for wear, a couple of millimetres play in a bush can be magnified by the time it gets to the wheelarch. Also check the height sensor linkages for binding or free play, if all is OK, then a calibration is required, you need to be very accurate with the measurements and as you've noted, it needs to be a level surface - a car park won't really cut it, maybe a multi-storey would be OK?
I very much doubt you have a defective sensor, it may also be worth checking the sensor mounting brackets are not excessively corroded and 'flexing', allowing the measured height to drift, also be aware that changing the reference height on one corner will affect the other heights, so be prepared to spend a bit of time on it, I wouldn't advise firing the parts cannon and changing the sensors unless you have to - the fixings will likely be corroded and you'll end up spending lots of time and effort for likely no or little progress.
