KV6 Performance tuning.

What's the best way to get more performance out of the 2001 Freelander V6?
Are there any companys that tune them?

Yes.

Or at least there used to be, but most have stopped doing anything with the KV6, because they got fed up with warranty claims for blown engines. Best thing is to just use sports mode.

I second that. The V6 is a lovely car with ample performance for normal use BUT it wants plenty of TLC and certainly no performance upgrade.
If you do upgrade get a bigger fuel tank.

I too would be wary of any performance upgrade on this engine but the Rover 75 boys might be better placed to advise. Might be worth checking out one of their forums. I hope you get the results you're after.
