I'm beginning to feel like a poor relation here. My Freelander is getting on for 100K miles, I put it through lots of work, it piles along NZ's many gravel roads/tracks putting the suspension through all sorts of workouts... and still my drop links do not need replacing.
All that and I've pulled all sorts of heavy stuff.... and it hasn't suffered the 'cracked chassis'.
If it weren't for the fact that its sufferred the VCU/IRD self destruction, I'd swear I was sold a duff one!
