Hi guys,
Although I am not technically new to the LandyZone forum (I joined in 2012) I have not been active or on the forums in quite a while. Originally I joined because I was buying my first Land Rover, a nice big 200tdi 110 (built in Spain, used in Zimbabwe and imported to the UK but not by me). I slowly started making a mess of it in the workshop but it is now almost in the condition I wanted it. So I decided to get a 300tdi Discovery to go with it (I told myself it was to keep the miles down on the 110, but really I think I finally wanted a bit of comfort and my hearing back!
That went well until recently but now the rear halfshaft splines are going on the 110, the Bonnet catch on the Discovery gave up at 65mph on an A road gracefully wrapping itself over my windscreen and I have now bought a Series IIa to add to the list of things that need attention. And of course Money! So it looks like I'm going to be very busy in my little workshop during the evenings and no doubt trawling the forums for help and picking the brains of you more experienced guys
Onwards and upwards as they say!!
