Good morning,
I am now the proud owner of a 1988 110 2.5 petrol. It's going to need quite a bit of work, but I'm looking forward to getting busy.

Wasn’t that only some of the very early 110’s that had part time 4WD.
I remember a local contractor who were regular customers of Landrover purchased a brace of early 110 pickups. One of them was a part time 4x4. Interestingly, whilst visiting 'Landrover' at the time they (brothers) got to see the now abandoned 'Iceberg' V8 engine project & saw it RUNNING! An alloy V8 diesel back then could have turned Landrover around as these engines could not only have been installed in Landrovers own vehicles but also have been put in anything. Imagine an SD1 with a V8 diesel! They could have sold these engines to many manufacturers I'm sure. Like the SD1 estate that can be seen in the Haynes museum, another missed opportunity that Volvo & others capitalized on.
