My Range Rover Vogue Se is currently at LandRover having the ignition and door lock changed at the expense of LandRover because they cant cut the key properly they have had 4 attempts at cutting the key and still its different has anyone else ever heard of this?

If your vehicle has had the ignition barrel changed, the LR key database of what key your vehicle has is incorrect....
yeh everything i got it from the main dearler with two keys though one didnt start the car they tried to cut a new key but its something to do with how the cutter holds the key and it cant cut the bit at the very end so its now had the ignition changed and the door lock all works dandy now though.
