Key 1, Key 2 on P38

Having difficulty tuning both keys in. Key one was working and the other wasn't. Took batteries out, put back in ignition, red light flashed and locked doors etc then did second one and it worked. Only prob is the first key now doesn't work. (Both still start the car though).

It seems to be one or the other.

How is that done? Is that the turns to the left and right in the door while pressing the buttons trick?

press and hold lock on the fob...put ya key in and lock... Whilst holding lock on the fob

It could be you have 2 keys of the same number i.e. two number ones.
I only have one key for my P38, the local stealers couldnt identify which it was and told me that if I got the wrong one then I still would only have one key working, when you resynch one it cancels the other.

They both seem to be the original keys and I have tried all the different synchro tips but it's still one or the other I'm afraid.

The other thing I have noticed is that the indicators aren't flashing when setting or unsetting. They were up until yesterday but although the car still locks/ unlocks but with no flash. Any ideas anyone?

Will this re-set on Test Book or is Rovacom better?
