No one said they were In fact the poster actually said they were taken at Buildwas

Never heard of it, but that proves my point not disproves it.

KORC allows you to drive almost anywhere, the only part excluded is where the quarry machinery is parked/stored, about 100m x 100m square and less than 5% of the site certainly not 2/3rd. The freedom to path find new routes one of it's best features, something most sites prohibit.

KORC don't check insurance as vehicles do not have to be road legal. So long as its basically sound it gets in. For me this is one of the biggest attractions as I don't want my offroader to be an on-roader as well. The site does change a lot with the quarry activity and weather which stops it getting boaring, theres nothing I hate more than a site where you have to go round and round a set route over and over again. Despite no insurance most people are still quite respectful bringing a vehicle that they have put a lot of time into.

Ok sometimes people come with a scrapper that they want to kill. The marshalls work hard to try control them but they can't be everywhere all the time as it's a big site, if you keep your eyes open you can see them and avoid them. If you do see something you could always point it out to them, i'm sure they would rather you approached them and give them a chance to improve things.

They have recently started opening an extra bit the other side of the road for road legals only, hopefully that will be attractive to those above who do feel the site is spoilt by the people in scrappers.

if youve never been to Buildwas how can you say we are talking BS about what goes on there and at other sites Tit

I have to say that I thought Kirton TOR was excellent. I spent a happy day there with my little lad today and had no hassle or problems at all. Far from it in fact. The marshals were helpful and friendly and the other drivers were great. Everyone waved when you pulled in to allow them past and everyone I saw was either laughing or smiling. My one and only regret is that I can only get there today and I'll miss the rest of the long weekend.

had a great day there today, loads to do BUT it all ended in tears !

broke both my rear half shafts ! oh bummer, it must of been when the other half had a drive, i reconed she weakened them lol :(

the photographers do block off the area when they are getting people to do that, but i take your point doesn't help the image.
