So, its a sunday, i get home from a roast in the mother in laws about 6 o clock.
get a txt message saying i need a driver headlight unit for the rangie, i reply "have you rapped it"? got no responce till 9 when at the time was browsing LZ saying "were stuck"...........
i ask where, got told so grabbed a spare landy from the garage and head out with a 90 also in tow.
when i get there i find that 2 of them are in a bog about a third of a mile fromt anything that resembles hard ground to bring a recovery car to. after following there path and ending up stuck i abandoned the towing idea and head back onto hard ground.
tried using the tirfor, ratchet straps, diggin, rocking, putting branches under the wheels we managed to achieve sweet FA!.
just got home about 2 this morn just to put pics up for you all!!
left the cars there overnight and will head back out in the morn.....
will keep you updated!! enjoy.
both cars door deep in sludge that i know for a fact wont dry out cause it never does. path is near unwalkable, gonna buy the biggest winch money can buy in the morn and fit it to them out there along with as many cables and or strops we can get and see how we get one
