Reminds me of being at old warden standing 10 feet behind a spitfire and hurricane as they started them up an let rip before taking off and heading to Duxford for a display sorta just easier to stand up.

Every year or every other year we hold a UK model aircombat euro comp the guys from all over the world come to try and out fly each other Friday we hoot shuttleworthone year we held a raffle to sit in a spitfire money towards the shuttleworth collection that was the Friday and I've never seen so much euros being pulled out the Finnish were all in tears the n they pulled the spitfire and hurricane out and fly to Duxford for the int show.
We hold the model comp Sat and Sun go to Duxford. I remember the Finnish guys phone in the air shouting SPITFIRE as they fly past and tears rolling down their face phoning friends in Finland.
