Just registered - New to the Landrover scene

Hello.

Probably like most I have always had a thing for the Defender. These last few months I have started doing research on them in preparation for buying at some point this year.

I will be doing lots of searching on the forum and may ask the odd question if I cant find the answers, but I'm sure most things will of been covered already.

I started with the sensible diesel option but I may be tempted with the V8. We will see.

Either Series or Fender would be a good start, especially if you are reasonbly good with your hands and have access to a toolbox!
