just broke my 200tdi within 10hours of owning it

your disco could be in difflock in high or low range. like dripper says make sure it is in the bottom right position. If it is stuck do a quick search on here there are a few threads about how to get your transfer box working properly again

I managed to get it out of diff lock, wooop wooop.
i was just about to take the front prop shaft off, when i saw that the bottom of the transfer box lever was unhooked. hooked it back on and it works fine. I take it the front cv-joint was already gone when i bought it, then it was put in difflock and unhooked so i wouldnt notice on the testdrive. :5bbanghead:

right, now on to new tasks.
on the menu today: one rear wheel bearing.

next on the list are the wipers, they dont work at all. i am starting to think it could be the stalks, but after doing a search on here i am first going to check if the motor is actually working. or could it be the relay?

Also I ve been asked by my friends if we could take the landy on the camping holiday to newquay next monday. for some reason i dont think thats a good idea?!
