Hello guys, I'm a newbie from Finland.
My Defender 110 is the first British car and the first off-road vehicle I've ever owned. My former cars have been three Ladas (from Sovjetunion) in the seventies and after them four Audis. Perhaps this is quite strange considering that I'm living far in the Finnish countryside where all the ways are not very suitable to Audis, especially in autumns and winters. However they worked very nice.
Now I have the first car that's suitable to these ways and my purposes. I can use in when hunting elks etc. and when transporting my motorcycles. Now I don't need to be worried about the most snowy and rasputitsa ways.
I'm a classic TT (Suzuki) and twinshock trials (Montesa) enthusiast, and after getting a Defender I don't more need to use a trailer to carry them. I too can sleep in my car so I don't need any paddock tent etc.
I'm a retired teacher, 59 years old. I hope you can understand my poor English. Ich ja spreche auf Deutsch och jag naturligtvis kan tala på Svenska ja ma rääkin ka natuke Eesti keelt.
