jumping jack the car

been having probs for a long time car jumps when I put my foot down to pull away had loads of things done trying to cure it any advice before it goes back to the garage again
had new coil pack, inlet manifold gasket coz leak to no 1 cylinder, water pump, cambelt head gasket to name a few
anything please costing me a fortune

she only idles at 500rpm but it keeps dipping when sat down to about 400 then another day starts at 1000rpm and goes up
garage now saying needs new fuel pump

have you tried new spark plugs... only asking as you didnt list it above

the plugs have been done twice once when head gasket went and when the coil pack was done only about 6 months ago

since someone said about the car blocking exhaust it has reminded me of a problem i had many years ago with a mk7 ford escort exact same symptoms and it turned out to be the hego sensor in the exhaust (lamba sensor)

easy test tho was to take the sensor/ sensors out of the exhaust and drive round the block.. yes its noise but if the problem goes away then sensors can be picked up from £20 on ebay if i remember rightly
