Oh yeh the sat nav is just utter shtie, even with genuine discs it often drops out and loses where you are, I only use it for road name purposes.

some of those oem mods look a nightmare to fit and not for the faint hearted

see a few members that have the base models have been fitting after market satnavs which by the looks of it perform very well , some even having the facility to connect to the obd2 socket for live data

still like my tom tom and fits very well in the sat nav space as mines the base model

also some of the double din systems look very nice , inc having bluetooth built in and by the looks of it saving a fortune in not having to retrofit the land rover systems , that have an eye watering price
