p38 4.0 v8 with lpg i need help before i end up in looney bin. head gasket blew got it changed by good engineer but now it wont run for more than 20 mins. car starts on first turn of key runns great for 20 mins and then stops wont start again if i leave it for about 15 mins it starts great again and then cuts out after another 20 mins ive tried everything i can think of including a new rad waterpump thermostat relays had it stripped down again and checked compression tested. itabout to send me to the funny farm it drives great for 20 mins but thats it has anyone one got and suggestions apart from a match in petrol tank

Something's getting hot and causing it to stop. I don't think changing cooling parts would make a blind bit of difference.

Get it on diagnostics, it's the only way to go by keep throwing parts at it causes frustration and expense simples

Diagnostics will tell you.
The 02 sensors kick in when the engine is hot, & these would be the first thing i'd look at.

Does it run and then stop on both petrol and LPG???

All the above, plus check the fse box...they have been known to breakdown electricaly when they get warm!
