Today I ran one of my Disco rear wheels up a 6" ramp that I had made for my yacht trailer to test he ramp.
Switched off and admired my handywork but on starting up again I got the 3 amigos light up! Reset the fault code of 02-08 right rear sensor. But immediately reappeared. Reset again and it stayed away.
What do you reckon. Stretched sensor cable, wheel bearing, faulty sensor etc etc?
Any thoughts welcome

Ha ha. Nice one ahaggar. Though I sense a hint of sarcasm
The beauty of forums, one learns all the possibilities but not necessarily the answers, in fact too many bloody possibilities!
Have made my decision though. Gonna start by leaving it to see what happens and if the same code persists clean reseat the sensor, then think about changing that, unless of course there's any wear in the bearing. Or maybe..... Oh god why did I buy a Land Rover

Id say that you have probably just caused the sls to confuse itself.
You turned the car off with one rear wheel up high and the other down low. When you turn off the car tries to settle itself possibly making each sensor even futther out of range of each other.
When you switched back on and sls processed the information from the sensors it may have just thrown up the fault due to the big difference..

Do as you say and see what happens.

I think you kow what you are doing, work your way through these opinions and it might be sortet.

Regards Markus

SLS is the Self Levelling Suspension system - the OP is complaining about the "THREE AMIGOS" so not really related at all.

Hi SM, classic case of wheel hub bearing worn allowing the abs exciter ring to feed duff info and fire up the famous Three Amigos.

Often you won't feel any wear in the hub, but replacing it fixes the problem.

Before you spend money, take out the sensor from the wheel concerned; clean the sensor, sensor hole & ring then reinstall sensor giving it a light tap to ensure it is fully home.

Im fitting a new rear hub tomorrow, Anyone know how tight the hub nut should be? I aint got a torque wrench would it be silly to do it without one?
