Is it just me or......

do all td5's weave about like bloody eels when you're doing 56 in the slow lane? I am assuming that it's just following the depressions made by millions of lorries over the years, but it can be quite unnerving. Or, as my wife so succinctly puts it - "what the f*** is thing playing at???"

Any thoughts or even reassurances that we are not in imminent danger of veering from the motorway in a ball of fire would be appreciated!

Oh, by the way, it's a manual on 255/55/18 Wranglers.

My Disco (300) does it too, but I have larger AT tyres on. It's a well known phenomenon called 'tram-lining' and loads of cars suffer from it and you're right, it's the rolling up and slipping down the troughs caused by the trucks. Very little, other than driving off-centre in the lane, that you can do about it .. but then people think you're either falling asleep or drunk.
