well it came at 10am this morning . Ordered it yesterday lunch time.
Stripped down the cooling system put in the old rad and thermostat, fabricated a loop for the heater matrix and poured in the grey goo.
Toppd it up with water and reved it for 1/2 hour then took for a spin.
Came bad and lifted the bonnet. I forgot a clip on the heater matrix pipe and was spurting out. Put it back on and topped it up. Reved it again and took it out again for another 2 hour cruise around the area. My first impression was that the top hose was a lot less pressurized and the engine a lot smoother.
Took it home and let it stand for 15 minues before releasing the cap. Well no back pressure which is looking good. Drained the whole system and leaving overnight to harden.
Its looking like a fix and crossing my finger when I fill her up in the mornig.

today put new rad on and thermostt and rebuilt the front back up and connected the heter matrix up.
Filled her up nd started her up. Sounds a lot smoother. Gave her a little run and no problems. Stood a while and no misfire when starting up. so lookin good.
I'm taking her on a good 400 mile trip tomorrow so will keep an eye on levels and temp.
Ill krpp you posted
