No, i answer emails that look like they will generate income and look like some effort have gone into them

Sounds a bit short sighted. Best forums i know have companies that offer advice and info for free. They are then seen as being helpful and not just materualistic. Their name gets known and are highly thought of. Roverron is a good example of such a peep. This guy above can publish the list of bearings on here, or you could. You wont lose any more either way, but which gives you more brownypoints.
Not only that, the more you help, the more exposure you get.

Yet i expect you use this forum to generate business for yourself, while others on here help out for free. Would i use bell engineering ?, No i dont think so. I quess it wouldn't be worth the email or phone call. A simple question doesnt have to be a noval.

Some are only on here for the money!!!
