IP Diaphragm... Charlsey?

Does anyone know where i can get a new diaphragm for a 19J IP? The one that adjusts fuelling for boost...

Are they easy to change?

and as if by magic before i even finish the part number he tells me is a boost diaphragm for a 2.5 TD .....

eaasy swap - presuming you know where its located already - its 2 x 9mm(iirc) bolts in a real aukward position accessed from underside ....

be careful of the order of the two springs

remove old one - inspect , set the boost pin to the same length on the new one as the old one was - lock it n place - refit making sure springs are correct way round - grow a third hand to hold it inplace while you fight with the nuts upside down in a small space - being continually dripped on by oil

awesome ta - acessed from underneath? It looks like this is on the side of the pump between it and the block, with a bolt diagonally opposite, top and bottom.

The pin - is this held in its setting with the piece of soldered lock wire?
