Introduction

Greetings people, i've just bought my first disco it's an old one and a bit tired just like me,been reading some of the comments and found some very useful, I don't know very much about motors in general but I learn pretty damn quick.
There seems to be a problem with the auto transmission the old lass tends to build a lot of revs b4 changing gear can anyone tell me is this normal??

Not sure its a 2.5 td and the old lass is reg in 1994,
