Hey guys,

James here from WildTrax, I'm new here, though I have used this wonderful forum many times to help diagnose the frequent challenges we experience owning 15 Defenders.

I hope this post doesn't cause issues or go against forum rules but I'd like to introduce WildTrax, situated way up in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. We hire expedition ready Land Rovers and currently have Defenders and Discoverys as part of our fleet which come equipped with roof top tents and full wild camping equipment. We essentially provide everything, from stoves, cutlery, torches and bedding so all you'd need to bring is your clothes and food.

We've been seen on TV and in publications such as Land Rover monthly where we often feature our Land Rovers overlanding some of the best roads Scotland has to offer.

Although we're a business, I'm an absolute true Land Rover fan at heart (though they are testing at times), my very first Land Rover was a 2.7 Range Rover Sport 2007, the only thing that compared to that was the Discovery 4 I bought 8 years later (I think the 4 stands for how many engines this vehicle will go through as we're now on our 4th!)

If any of you guys would like to come visit, please do - perhaps we could organise an annual expedition :)

Thanks all, reach out if you need any help or advice with overlanding gear or fancy a road trip with friends in the Highlands.

James
