Hi All,

I`m writing from Cork, Ireland.
I`m just after coming back to the world of Land Rovers and all that after a few years worth of a break (college).

I`m after getting a 4.0V8 disco 2 facelift and, of course, it has few issues including
non-functioning, but not leaking, rear sunroof
not operating remote key - opens central manually
fishy thermostat
fishy everything else (parked up for 5 years)

For some reason I'm well chuffed by the compass in the rear view mirror

And that's the full (I think) servicing kit (oils, filters, plugs, front suspension so on)
Excluding tyres - does anyone know who may have a set for sale, second hand or new? Rubber on it is bollocksed, and I've no privileges to post in "wanted and for sale" section

Leaky sunroofs...

Resin around the gutters and a wide rubber washer - hopefully will never leak again!

I've got a kit that connects AUX jack instead of a CD changer, and a Bluetooth adaptor that connects into it.

Can anyone guide me to the best source of 12V around the radio compartment?

I`ve first tried to wire it into the CD changer hoping that my conversion kit did not blank-out the feed, but it did.
So, in the end, I piggy fed from the main radio supply/earth and hid the unit in that small shelf beside the cup holders.
This could only be done by removing it and cutting the plastic in the back of it off so that there is more space. I`ve cut off the back of the tray itself
too to accommodate for the extra wiring.
