Interior lights

Hi
I'm new to this so a little patience may be required while I learn to use this site

So on to my problem on my 97disco when I lock the doors the interior lights flicker off and on when they please .

Anybody got any ideas

I checked all the switches they seem ok.

If it's the good, old simple system then the power goes to the light and the door switches are all linked up as earths. It's normally a door switch that's rotten or falling apart that causes the problem.
