Hi all I have converted my series 3 to a 200tdi and I need to find some where to fit in my intercooler I was wondering what kind of pipe to use and what is the best place to fit it i dont have much space up at the front and was wondering if there are any other good places. thanks

at the front next to the rad is probably the best place. or slightly in front of the rad if it won't go along side.

i have tryed to fit in there but theres hardy any room but is the best place

dont forget it doesnt have to be directly in front of the vehicle, i've seen it mounted along with an air scup (bent sheet of metal) to direct air onto it from underneath

ffs! - yu is only supposed to get the oil cooler in there - not climb in as well!

you could always fit a defender front end then you'd have no problems getting it to fit.
