If you have a basic tap and die set run the bolt through a die or run the tap through it.

I do believe that the bolt you reference is M12 x 1.5 thread pitch.

Out of curiosity what are you planing to do?

Its to take a feed for a boost gauge

I drilled and tapped my manifold on my 200Tdi for the barbed hose fitting.

If you have a local scrap yard pop in there and see if you can find a banjo and bolt from a diesel filter that fits, it will give you the 90 degrees you need off the back of the manifold to go towards the dash then you just need a double barb fitting to connect the pipes ;)

Hi thanks for those , luckily i did not have to drill + tap , I had a look around and found a banjo 12x1.5 with 4mm barb , Perfect fit into the back of the plenum on my 300tdi . The best way was point it toward the passenger side then the pipe loops back toward the drivers and goes in the grommet at the back of the dash . The banjo is next to a pipe + jubilee clip so its either vertical or down towards the manifold or horizontal as i have it , I will play tomorrow as it got to dark , but its fitted and the needle moves even just revving the engine , so happy with that . Im much happier with it there as its leaving the other pipes alone and standard , if there's any issues i can just put the bung back in and get home , As you can .

Now its onto getting the blanking plate off for a EGT , They feel with a quick try like they will snap like carrots , so will keep spraying WD40 when its hot and cold then build up courage to get the breaker bar on them .
