can anybody tell me do the freelanders take a while to heat up in side my temperature gauge seems to take a while to move
inside heating

My TD4 is ususlly up to temp after about 2 -3 miles

Due to the design of the cooling system, freelanders heat up very quickly. Unfortunately its the same design that causes overheating problems.
Possibly the thermostat is stuck open, been removed or had a hole drilled in it.
