Thought i'd clean them out , opened one up and two small pins look like they have sheared ,dunno if i've done it or that's how they were .

Cheers sean, looks like I've twisted them off when I undid it :doh:, can't see any other way though.

The nozzle had seized in the cap and turned with it, breaking the pins

,the jobs fooked

No it's okay , I made some new pins out of a drill bit, pop tested and it seems fine .
