hi there ,the torx adjuster on the top adjusts the turbo boost presure , its safe to run 0.8 bar , it is possible to get 1 bar boost presure but a concequence of running high boost is very hot exhaust gasses, its best to install a boost vacumgauge to monitor these things and to aid in set up.
on your pump at the rear where the four pipes go to the injectors there is an adjuster ,this is the full power adjuster it has a steel ring band fitted ,easily removed with slight tap with hammer and sharp screwdriver ,undo the six mm nut with a ten mm ring spanner ,note the position of the adjuster it has a small hole through the end start by screwing the adjuster in(clockwise) only a quater of a turn at a time and while holding the adjuster with a screwdriver lock the ten mm nut take care not to lose track of your adjustments! test drive ,you should have more fuel at full power and a noticable increase in grunt, if it doesnt smoke at full throttle then adjust it a little more ,when a slight signs of black smoke are present at full throttle its nearly as good as it gets back off adjuster a slight amount and your good to go ...........dont just mess around with your pump its a very delicate part if your not sure seek help there are lots of posts on this subject, other things to check are all turbo hoses for signs of delamination , they look ok but on the inside of some braided hoses hides a nasty blockage caused by the hoses internal weaves coming apart caused by high air flow and heat etc ! intercoolers often get blocked with mud and leaves not internaly but externaly , make sure all these things are in good order, fuel filter, lift pump, fuel feed lines, and it will all be beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
