Sport Infotainment issue

Hi I need some help the infotainment display is OK first thing in tge morning but once the ignition has been turned off and back on again the screen remains black no sound etc. Our RRS has no secondary battery it all works of the primary. Any ideas thanks.

Have you had a diagnostic tester try to narrow down the problem. Sounds heat related works from cold and capacity failure after. Worth get a tester. Sadly I am not sure how much it helps.

hi

with the RRS when the battery level gets low its programmed to shut systems down, so indeed would start with the battery by checking the Vdc with the engine off and then with the engine running , when u have the engine running turn as many items on as u can, then get someone to raise the engine to 1,500 revs , whilst ur checking the battery Vdc , then report back what the readings are plse

There are a few other things u can do but will wait and see what kind of voltages ur getting
