Hi, the left hand stalk has "info" button, do they all have this connected to the dash message centre??????????//

some vehicles have it disabled via the BeCM....

Can't think why that should be. Top button is speed warning and bottom one is trip computer display fiddle with thing.

True, but in some markets and some models, the OBC is disabled via the BeCM....my 1999 DSE had it disabled...can be re-enabled using Testbook/Faultmate et al....(cos mine was
)

Ok Wammers how do I check/instal useing my nanocom evo ( by the way the mrs wont keep quiet at breakfast in the hotel how do I keep your mrs quiet {Boddington arms)

Go into BECM with ignition switched off, (If BECM is locked you can't get into it with engine running or ignition on) you should see a message on the message centre "Diagnostic mode". Select settings. Then "Options". On top of first page you should see "Trip computer" Make sure it says "Fitted". Go back a page and press "Write settings". If it says fitted but does not work deselect it and reselect it then write settings. That may do the trick. When you switch ignition on it should work. Many have tried but no one has yet succeeded. She is a born chatter box.
