Hello,
I've done my de-cat today.
Tried to do it with removing only the frontbar, but wasn't possible, had to remove the second too.
All bolts came undone very smoothly, no problems even with the exaust-suspension-rubber-mount.
total installation took me about 1h15-1h30.
The bolt on the turbo-side were the hardest to undo. Only 1 could be reached from underneeth, the other 2 must be undone from the top side.
Went for a drive (+/- 60 km or 40 mls) afterwards...
...it feels more responsive.
When in neutral, reving the engine, you hear the turbo more.
At speed don't really hear it, only at 120-130 kmh (80 mph), you hear it constantly in the background.
But not really an issue.
Don't know about milage tho.
De-EGR has been ordered and is underway...(next week?)
K&N was already done.
Regards, Koen
