stoke on trent
Hay guys ime beat.I woke up yesterday to find my indicator lights down one side are constantly on.I got told it might be a relay so I looks in the manual and found where it goes.(under passanger side fuse board)unpluged it and put a new one on and they were still on.when you hit the hazard button I here a clicking coming from under the steering wheel so I took the case off and removed the relay from under there(hitting myself in the face with a pair of steel grips and busting my lip open because it was tight and still no luck.the only way to turn them off is to disconnect the battery.I did notice last week they stopes working altogeter for about 5 mins.it's a m plate 300 tdi discovery.any help would be most appreciated.got a dj gig on Saturday and need to do a 200 mile round trip.

Hiya does anyone know what this problem is, mine has done exactly the same, so far i have disconnected the alarm ecu and the lights stay on. i have also tried removing fuses for indicators..
what on earth could be the problem.. also tried flasher relay. left indicators have continued to work as usual.

HELP PLEASE.

If they were all on all the time I would think it was the inertia box on the side of the relay rack in passenger foot well come loose - they dont like bouncing around . But since its one side only what Sierra said sounds likely , contacts of switch stuck together - do the other side indicators work ? Do they all come on with the hazard switch ? If the other sides work , does the auto cancel work ? Has the ignition barrel been worked on/replaced /moved ?
