indicator Problems!!

hey all

this may be somthing realy simple but i would prefer to ask people who know befor trying anything soooo

i have a 200 tdi disco (1994) and when i indicate they dont flash, they just stay on, sometimes they work but most of the time they dont.

iv been told its the relay but when i was looking for it the sound (clicking) was coming from driver side but was told its the front passager side so me

please help

Im pretty sure it is on the passenger side on a 300 but dont know about much about 200's.Didn,t think there was any of em still goin.

how dare you?!

the 200 shape is alive and well, and for what it's worth, far better than a 300!

anyway, its on the drivers side mate, almost directly above the brake pedal.

its a long black relay, clipped under the dash, next to some others. this flasher relay has a blue wiring plug im pretty sure.

change that unit and you should be good to go. usually about 12 quid.

if you have a car with a towbar, make sure you get the one suitable for towing electrics.

intermotor do them, youre local motor factor should be able to source it for you. you can get the part numbers from intermotor website aswell.

thanks dude, and i do have a tow-bar on her, and 200's are still alive and kicking hehe
