1996 Disco. Indicators have stopped working. Hazards ok. It is also Pouring with rain here all day and hoping some kind person might help with a quick answer to save another soaking.

Might just be a fuse, not really sure if there is a seperate fuse for the hazards though but worth a look

Having sat and read through the workshop manual, while waiting for the rain to go off, i see i can remove the nacell cover from around the centre of the steering column.Have airbag fitted in car, Can anyone tell me if i can replace indicator multi control without removing wheel and bag assembly.That is, if it turns out i need a switch, on Hogmanay in Scotland the parts people closed till next Wed. Any helpful suggestions much appreciated.

Problem sorted Landrover style.
Gave the end of the switch control a bang with my hand and all indicators working.
Something else that can now wait for good weather.Out of interest phoned local dealer who wanted £145. plus VAT for replacement control stalk, butwould have to order in.

Have a search on ebay mate!
They do come up from time to time - wouldn't fancy paying £145 + VAT

Thanks Daz, tried ebay which connected to a parts supplier and can get one for about £70 inc vat and post. Anyway that can wait till after Hogmanay.

indicators share fuse with brake lights so if they not working happy days!

need help again./
indicators stopped again. from previous i ordered a new switch from Padddocks.
excellent service delivered 12 hours after ordering .
changed switch, still no indicators. Could i have jumped too far and is it possibly just the flasher unit at fault?
urgent help please
