Independent Landrover

I finally given in and am having to book my td5 in to get fixed. It's gone into limp home mode. Have checked and changed the obvious stuff (MAF, injector wiring loom.. needed this anyway!) I've booked it into Whites near Edinburgh. Does anyone have any experience of this place? Unfortunately in from Macclesfield and usually use Froggatts, but now i'm a bit stranded in Scotland!

Edinburgh its a bastid of a place really busy ,full of scottish folk and has a good nightlife, and is the capital of scotland, also where the scottish parliment is .hope this helps

Did you partially drain the fuel filter in case it has water in it?

One of the first threads I posted on here was for an honest independent and Whites were mentioned:

I now use them for servicing and repairs.
My Disco broke down on the afternoon of the 23rd December and we were due to travel to Centre Parcs on the 26th, I had the Disco recovered to them and it was repaired and back home by mid morning 24th. It was a fuel line problem, which cost me a box of Stella as they wouldn't take any money from me.
I would not hesitate to use them

Thanks biggeeeee! It's in safe hands then! I feel a bit happier now. I just don't have the time or tools up here to tackle it myself.
