In need of help 02 p38 key code lockout

Hi

Got the dreaded key code lock out problem on 02 4.6 p38 battery went flat now dreaded key code lockout have tried everything it accepts the eka code but does not reconise it
Does anyone have a nanocom or something they could plug in to help me would be happy to pay I'm in aberdare South Wales
