In need of a new diff asap.

Alright guys,

Kermit failed his MOT for some pretty minor things and some minorish welding needed, it was expected though. However whilst the repairs are being done the rear diffs knackered so wanting to get it changed, but not wanting to fork out for a new or reconditioned one.

But times against me need him back on the road asap, so if anyone has a diff lying round and would like some beer tokens let me know, would be hugely appreciated.

Is it 10 or 24 spline diff?

I would highly recommend Crown differentials.

Got my Defender in to local 4x4 garage tomorrow for work on it.
He brakes Defenders so will ask if he has one.
Im not far from you either.
