Imperial or metric?

Hello all, I have a 1998 TDI Disco and I've taken off the rear door card to replace the wiper motor. While I was at it I took the pocket off to give it a good clean and have managed to lose the screws and washers. I know it's not that important but my guess would be that the washers are M4 12mm and the screws 3mm x 12mm. If they were imperial what would the size be?
any guesses?

They ain't imperial. but if you need an imperial/metric converter, then the net is awash with em. I prefer Josh Madison's Convert. program. It's a free download and converts just about anything you would need to convert.
