Immobiliser Issues

Hi there
New to this forum. Vehicle is a Defender 110, 2010, standard engine and gearbox etc. Vehicle starts and then cuts out. Have then locked and unlocked and tried again. Most times works but am worried that it will fail at a critical time.
Any help or advice appreciated.

If it was an immobiliser issue I don't think it could start at all. I would start by looking at the fuel system - when was the last time the fuel filter was changed? Possible faulty fuel pressure sensor / pressure limit valve, or one of the other fuel / air related sensors. getting it on diagnostics should help you find the problem.
