I'm on the lookout for another Discovery

Regretting selling my Disco last year. Thinking about getting another Disco 1 or 2, something cheap (<£2K).

Would prefer another V8, manual, LPG(not essential), little or no rot, mechanically sound and no major off-road mods. Or I was thinking I may go the other way and get a diesel with off-road mods (must be able to tow a trailer on the roads though).

Anyone selling something interesting?

Hi there, I am selling my Disco 2 2000 V8 with LPG. 144k miles. email me if you are interested. No mods - facelifted by previous owner looks good, engine using a bit of oil, hence I bought a semi rebuilt engine last year but haven't had time to do much (bottom end is good and heads have been skimmed).... £1600.

Hi, I have just purchased a R.R so i am selling my discovery 2 1999 GS 7 seater. 11 Months M.O.T Chassis is Solid. Has been remapped by Mike at Dyno, runs very well uses NO oil or water and returns about 30 MPG. It has a New Exhaust Downpipe and Straight Through Centre Section sounds nice. Tyres have done about 3,000 miles. Both Sunroofs are sealed, (this was my job this summer) Epsom Green Manual. Towbar with Single Electrics, Rear Step. I have owned for the last four years doing a total of 9,000 miles with 3 or four oil changes. A nice car £1600 ono....Cheers Martin. 01902 630358.

I am selling a n 1995 discovery 1 v8 auto 66500 miles she has all the mods for green laning. 2 x qt diff guards, steering guard, scorpion rear bumper, guardian tank guard,heavy duty front bumper,rock sliders,snorkel,wadding kit, half leather interior, no oil leaks,sunroofs do not leak and work,just had full service all oils new plugs and ht leads, and she has no rot at all and she has never been welded £1500.00.
