Hello everyone, first of all thanks for accepting me into this group. I'm writing from Italy :) I apologise in advance for my poor/bad English. :(
I have a problem with my freelander Td4 2001
Brief history: my freelander turned off while running. Battery was ok, starter turned, engine ran but no "ignition". Towed...the next day it started without any problems and diagnostics said nothing was wrong.
All regular for a few days and then ignition started not working again. I turned the key, starter turned but ENGINE BLOCK LIGHT AND PREHEATING LIGHT were flashing and engine didn't start. Towed to the workshop Range diagnosing problems to the injectors (???). Injectors and pump controller (omit the cost ). The car run for another 100 km and stoped again with the same problem. Rebought to the workshop. They diagnosed a "ground wires" problem. They were replaced but till now every time you start (if it starts...) the engine block light and preheating light are flashing
Please could you help me? :):)
Thank you very much in advance

Welcome.

Pop over to the introduce yourself section, then do a search on ignition barrel.

Somebody will be along soon to either help or not. :D

Do you have an OBD fault code reader?
If not you can buy them online quite cheap.
Sometimes helps with diagnosing faults, especially where the MIL is lit or flashing.

Thank you bukko
I have checked via smartphone (Torque app and Dash app) and OBD2 reader but no error is stored in the memory :(
