"If it's made by Lucas it works"

Engine oil................. I have read past posts / threads on here Re: Lucas oil products namely transmission fix and aware that most of you are happy with it's makers claims / performance. Has anyone tried Lucas engine oil ? The Lucas slogan quote " If It's Made By Lucas It Works ".Any reviews from anyone else who has tried any Lucas oil products ?

I have also recently tried the Lucas fuel system cleaner in another vehicle (diesel) and have noticed a significant improvement in mpg, appears it does what it says on the bottle.

Don't think Lucas oil and Lucas electrical are the same Lucas.

as said in another thread I've played with this in the workshop and it coats the gears and internals far better than non treated oil

I have seen two engines drastically reduce their oil consumption and HC emissions) after adding Lucas oil conditioner - nothing else I've ever had anything to do with (STP, Wynns etc.) has ever worked.

if the oil is owt like the electrics it probly won't work
