Having reached middle age, it always takes me a while to figure out that the ignition is on the left hand side, so she gets some idle time!!

It's been known for years to leave your engine idle for 10 seconds before switching off to allow your turbo to slow down but I have never seen it written in a hand book until I read the Freelander book.
