Am I allowed to ask why? You can get "custom" off the shelf high exit side exhausts which come out half way up the rear tub behind the rear wheel (link) but for what you are thinking I would have thought it will be a custom build. Is that not a standard Series pipe route? what I am thinking is a pipe coming out either behind the front wheel or just Infront of the rear wheel, probably a dumb idea but just wanted to know if it had been done
Just that I have bent, crushed or snapped so many rear pipes on various landy's.

I chop off the last 4 inches of the tail pipe so it does not stick out past the wheel.
Hows this for a daft idea ? Weld an elbow on the inside of the chassis outrigger tube and divert the exhaust through it to the side.![]()
This is kind of how I was thinking Paul, do you get any blowback when at traffic lights?Mine's short but sweet ..
I just chopped it up and welded where it needed putting back together. All the bends in it are mostly from parts of the rest of the original system. It's straight through but doesn't seem too loud .. even silenced it's more the pitch that you hear and that stays about the same, rather than the volume. When I first did it I didn't have the flexible part in and it all vibrated horribly. Since I put the flexy in, it just works ..
