Ok thought it was 2 so that clears that up.
Still need as low a valuation as possible if thats the way you want to go.
Although I would expect BIL to hang out for the highest. Tell him fill his foots and wait it out for a year (paying bills during that time of course).

Its only something you can both decide on, but dont get involved into much hard labour.

LV insurance couldn't take the payment for this years insurance automatically (card on file was replaced) and now they say they cannot insure me at all because the car is "too old" and they do not want to insure it.
Now, they always knew how old the car was and offered a renewal, but as they have "cancelled the policy" because of the non-payment issue they decline to insure as a NEW customer. Crazy or what?

The P38. Because they couldn't charge a card they cancelled the policy and decline to write a "NEW" policy.
If I had seen their e-mail and/or they had called the number they have on file for me all would have been resolved.
It's their way of getting out of business they don't really want.

Dr. said take 1 tab 2..4 times a day until the symptoms cease.
Label inside box said take 2, then 1 an hour later, then 1 every 12 hours after that.
The active ingredient is colchicine apparently found in the leaves of a plant.
Anyway's I am on the mend. Limping still, but on the mend nevertheless.

So, replacing the front one stopped the engine falling out and the front wheels from falling off. Replacing the back sub frame to stop the rear wheels from falling off. Best not let Hippo see this, might upset him. He'll swear you have a tratter :p
 
So, some of you may remember me trying to sort my central heating problem out here in France last year.
I had a long convo with @gstuart who was very helpful and in the end I worked out how to wire in very standard, old skool, room stats to do the job.
But I don't want to be faced with buying 7 more of them and they don't easily fit into the places where the old ones went.
So I spent a bit of time today researching known faults with the original ones.
And by some miracle I fell upon a French forum where tech stuff is discussed and found that yes, there is a known fault with my stats.
Peeps there are very friendly and helpful, giving chapter and verse and where to buy the replacement parts from, so I am very optimistic that I may be able to obtain parts and fit them.
So I actually joined a techy website! Whoda thort it!

Share holders dun't vote on what water companies spend on assets. So lets not starting making up silly stuff like them blocking reservoir build. They have to meet wot the water regulater wants done. If they dun't spend enuff on meeting requirements the regulater can enforce it and limit profit. Investment is heavily controlled via the AMP cycle. Hs2 is different. They dun't go to such eggstreams for reservoir build. Eye ain't gunner read about reservours ont web. Eye has walked past loads.
 
Woken by a damn mozzie at 2am, couldn't find the ickle git. I is very tasty, got four bites last time and the one on my ear(?! ) went nasty.
Had to beat a retreat to the spare room. :confused:
