I could give you pounds shillings and pfennigs if my blasted pooter wasnt playing up. But basically we are currently paying in £138 odd to Octopus per month for both gas and electric similar to last year. So times that by 6.Not really an answer.

I have done a lot of that and I empty my inbox etc regularly as I do my spam folder and deleted folder. It isn't just slow it simply isn't downloading new messages at all nor is it letting me send messages.
Yet I can read the new ones on my phone.
Jeez I hate tech.

Restarting windows gives a clean boot. Same as telling it to shut down then pressing the power buttom to start it. Yer dun't need to kill the battery.Right!

Question to all of you!
Have any of you had a problem on your pooter where your email is no longer uploading new messages and at the same time you cannot open Landyzone properly?
Cos I have and it has taken until now to partially fix it.
I could open anything else on the internet, just not LZ it kept saying "page would not upload" or somesuch.
I asked AVG to do a deep scan, it stalled at 30 % and stayed there all night.
I asked it this morning to do a smart scan and it too stalled.
So I let the battery run down on the pooter so it switched itself off that way as I have learned some where that is often the best way to get a clean reboot, (If that is the term).
Once it ran down I started it up again and got AVG to do a smart scan, which this time it achieved, so I got it to do a deep scan.
This time it managed it and found one threat buried deep inside a part of the pooter I hardly ever go to.
So as you can see Landyzone is now functioning but my email wasn't last time I checked. It'll open but won't upload new messages. (Mozilla Thunderbird).
No idea where to go next with this.
W says it's a worm and she thinks it may have come in from LZ which is why I am asking if any of you have had this or similar, but they are deffo connected.
And LZ now won't load up the emojis from the top of the pageSo these came from the windows symbol plus full stop.
Deffo a problem there.
Alerts no longer loading as they did just a while back. It is as if someone on 'ere is watching out for me and beggaring me up on the forum.
Does LZ wuk wiv firefox web browser?

We has an occasional rat visit me garden. Hassa look round where eye put hazel nuts down for me squirrels. Eye has just seen it frew me window grab a nut and run oft. Waited and it did it again. Ignored the raisons in me traps. Stood wiv the door open to see where it comes from. Din't come back.

Just ordered a noo tool. De Walt cordless angle grinder. Already got the batteries and charger, same as me cordless drill. Had to pay for it though, I said my name was Kev but they didn't believe me

Evening all, eye had a day off which meant going flippen shopping. Misses had a tic in her side must have got it a few
days ago when all the neebs were butchering hedges & bushes along the side of the burn (stream for you lot downhill)

Probably the bestest free tool ive ever had.
Another great tool is the Dewalt reciprocating saw. Its cuts through anold style scaffold tube in 30 seconds, great for the garden too as there is all sorts of blades for em.
